We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Generac Power Systems, Inc. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company while utilizing your electrical knowledge and business acumen.

• Conduct in-home consultations and residential surveys to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Closing sales deals and assisting with installations to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• 2-5 years of sales experience in industries such as backup power, construction, or solar power.
• Basic electrical knowledge or experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive sales growth.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

• Competitive hourly rate of $23-$25/hour plus commission.
