Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Police Officer, you will:

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. While a degree in criminal justice is beneficial, it is not mandatory for success in this role. Candidates must also complete the MCOLES written and physical agility assessments or demonstrate the ability to achieve MCOLES certification.

Training and Development

If selected, candidates will receive sponsorship for police academy training, ensuring you are well-prepared for the responsibilities of the position.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $64,748.01, with the potential to reach $94,252.59 after four years of service. The City of Novi offers a competitive benefits package, including:
