About the Role

Luxus is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts, sketches, and plans that align with the project's goals, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Evaluate potential building sites, considering factors such as location, topography, and environmental impact.
  • Oversee all phases of the project, from initial concept to construction completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Architectural registration or on the path to registration.
  • Design and construction document development experience.
  • Familiarity with the construction administration process.
  • Ability to self-direct, multitask, and manage support staff.
