Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialized nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units, assessing their conditions and coordinating treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, identifying and responding to changes in their health status promptly.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide patient education to promote recovery and self-care management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Current RN license
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
- Two years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
