Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team for a 13-week assignment in Michigan City, Indiana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including:

  • Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
  • Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
  • Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
  • Preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals as ordered
  • Monitoring patients during procedures and providing care as needed
  • Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • One to three years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
