Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing manufacturing and facility systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair Services: Perform skilled maintenance and repair services of manufacturing and facility systems, including mechanical and building systems.
  • Interpretation and Implementation: Interpret blueprints and schematics, and implement methods, practices and techniques of maintaining building and facilities to identify and address recurring problems with machinery, equipment or parts.
  • Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair, and adhere to current sanitation and GMP requirements.
  • Training and Development: Maintain current status on all required training, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Work Schedule: Normal working week: Monday-Friday.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma or GED, and at least one year of previous experience with machine repair in a manufacturing environment. The base pay for this position is $41.20 per hour, and may vary in specific locations.
