Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for delivering direct services to clients, managing and supervising a small caseload, and collaborating with our Clinical Manager and Operations Manager to provide administrative support and scheduling assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and reassessments for clients to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans, and programs to support client goals.
- Collect and analyze data to determine program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Supervise and coach Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality services.
- Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff.
- Possess a minimum of a master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and instructional methods.
- Proficient in technology, including Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services provides center-based, community, and home-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral and developmental disabilities.
