Your Role - Key Responsibilities:

About You:
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and reliability. While prior experience in assisted living or memory care settings is advantageous, we encourage all interested candidates to apply.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues, residents, and their families.
  • Ability to make routine decisions with minimal supervision that impact the housekeeping department.

Essential Duties:

  • Carry out daily housekeeping tasks as assigned in designated areas, including resident rooms and shared spaces.
  • Ensure that appropriate safety signage is displayed as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure proper storage of equipment and supplies.
  • Notify supervisors of any supply shortages.
  • Assist with laundry duties as required.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
