Job SummaryAs a Seasonal Floral Merchandiser with Liberty Staffing, USA, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and visually appealing shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to merchandise and stock our pre-made arrangements of fresh and beautiful flowers within the store displays. Key Responsibilities
  1. Unbox and prepare product for sales floor
  2. Change water in buckets on display pallets
  3. Sweep and mop around display areas
  4. Break down pallets of product and ensure adequate stock for displays
  5. Remove trash and water buckets from back-stock area to create space for new deliveries
  6. Prepare large vases on flatbeds for easy replenishment on the sales floor
Requirements
  1. Must be 18 years of age or older
  2. Able to work full agreed assignment
  3. Physically able to push/pull/lift up to 40 lbs. on an ongoing basis
  4. Comfortable bending, stooping, and lifting products above shoulders
  5. Ability to stand and walk on an ongoing, extended basis throughout the shift
  6. Must have reliable transportation to visit multiple store locations
  7. Ability to work in a team and follow daily directions
