Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Sovah Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Current VA (or Multi-state) RN license
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
- Experience in clinical area preferred
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
