Quality Assurance Specialist

At Applied Research Associates, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Randolph, Vermont. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with company and customer requirements
- Identify quality system improvement opportunities and assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions
- Support divisional quality initiatives and collaborate with production and quality teams to address quality issues
- Develop and execute disposition requests and track and escalate unresolved non-compliance issues
- Review and assess process adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Functional understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100D
- Experience working with an ISO 9001:2015 and/or AS9100D certified QMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ASQ Certification(s)
- Experience with PDCA methodology
