Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to a designated group of patients
- Establish goals and priorities of nursing care
- Develop a written plan of nursing care, including patient education and discharge planning
- Document care given and patient progress
- Work collaboratively with the medical staff in matters of patient care
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
