Disaster Response Team Lead

As a Disaster Response Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of water and fire damage restoration projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of restoration technicians, ensuring efficient completion of work according to company standards.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans.
  • Oversee the mitigation and restoration process, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and smoke/odor removal.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Provide training and mentorship to restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience in water and/or fire damage restoration, with a proven track record of successful project management preferred.
  • IICRC certification in water damage restoration and/or fire and smoke restoration preferred.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
