About the Role

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team as a Field Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering medical supplies and equipment to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver medical supplies and equipment to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all products are properly set up and instructions are provided to the patient or healthcare provider.
  • Assist with warehouse activities as necessary, including receiving and stocking inventory, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of medical supplies and equipment, including logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a delivery or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required.
