Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily and weekly customer schedules to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels using cycle counts and reports, and work with customer service and replenishment teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in regional training classes and events.
  • Lead customer events, including demonstration clinics, product knowledge classes, contractor events, and community outreach programs.
  • Build and install product displays, ensuring they are safely stacked and secured.
  • Provide suggestions and ideas to supervisors and team members to maximize shelf space.
