POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the Bookkeeper is to meticulously document all daily financial activities of our organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately record daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process.
  • Ensure transactions are logged in the appropriate day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
  • Prepare the books for trial balance.
  • Conduct partial audits of the posting process.
  • Complete necessary tax documentation.
  • Input data, maintain financial records, and generate reports and financial statements.
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and process payroll efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Capability to communicate complex data clearly.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Customer service aptitude.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Experience in payroll accounting.
