Encapsulation Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Encapsulation Operator to join our production team at Thorne Research Inc. As an Encapsulation Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain encapsulation equipment to produce high-quality products
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure compliance and quality
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing experience and mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work overtime as required
