Job Description:

The Hospital Pharmacy Coordinator plays a critical role in the operation of our pharmacy department, overseeing the 340B program and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of 340B policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for 340B program
* Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, legal, and compliance teams to ensure compliance with 340B regulations
* Conduct self-audits and assess opportunities for cost savings and business improvements in 340B program
* Monitor purchasing records and negotiate contracts with vendors
* Provide training and education to staff on 340B program requirements

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
* 3-4 years of experience in pharmacy, including 340B program management
* Advanced computer skills and ability to generate reports
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits:
