Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Support Associate to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Secure payment and verify billing information.
  • Activate and file room keys, process guest requests, and relay messages.
  • Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Explain room features to guests, provide directions, and offer information on property amenities and services.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve any issues from the previous day.
  • Run and review daily reports, complete designated cashier and closing reports, and count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
