Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  • Report any lost and found items, damage, or repairs needed to the management team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms.
  • Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
