Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager at Wireless Zone in Concord and Raymond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and manage paperwork and documents
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients and vendors
  • Coordinate monthly scheduling and inventory management
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Manage banking and financial transactions
  • Perform filing, cleaning, and organizing tasks
  • Onboard new associates and provide training and support
Requirements:
  • Call center experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Office experience
  • Secretarial experience
Compensation:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour

20-30 hours per week
