Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic youth sports coaches to teach after-school sports classes at local elementary schools. Our program, Kassirer Sports, is run by a former professional tennis player and offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.

As a coach, you will be responsible for teaching sports classes to children aged 5-10, promoting physical activity, and developing their skills in a fun and supportive environment. We offer training on how to run classes and provide kid-sized equipment, making it easy for you to get started.

Requirements:

  • 17 years of age or older
  • Have your own transportation
  • Skilled athlete in the sport(s) you want to coach
  • Positive, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Punctual and able to commit to a schedule
  • Enjoys being around kids and is confident in managing a group of 15-20 kids
  • No coaching experience required; if you are 20 years of age or older
  • Clear DOJ fingerprinting with no priors

We provide:

  • Training on how to run classes and lesson plans
  • Kid-sized equipment
  • All admin support, including rosters and schedules
  • Competitive pay rate of $32-$40 per hour, depending on experience
  • Direct deposit every 2 weeks
  • Reimbursement for Live Scan fingerprinting
