Banquet Server Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team at HAP Alaska-Yukon. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Set up and maintain banquet rooms to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet time constraints and achieve daily goals.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
  • Support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to support and comply with company health and safety standards.
  • Must have or be able to obtain an Alaska Food Handler's Card.
  • Must have a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska.
  • Minimum age of 21 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska.
