We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist to join our team in North Wales, PA. As a member of our Behavioral Care Team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

The successful candidate will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions, using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods. You will screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders, provide treatment, and systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications.

You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions
  • Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 2+ years professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree
