Franchise Sales Director

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Franchise Sales Director to lead our sales team and develop effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual marketing plan that promotes Franchise services and develops a diverse customer base.
- Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of any customer complaints.
- Recruit, train, and coach additional sales staff when applicable.
Qualifications:
- A strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Estimated Salary: $3,500 plus commission. Vehicle and Mileage stipend paid as well.
