Aircraft Electrician

StandardAero is seeking a skilled Aircraft Electrician to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

• Install, check, repair, overhaul, and rewire complete electrical systems and components on various aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems related to engine/APU starting and electrical power generation.
• Perform functional and operational checkouts of electrical instruments and flight systems upon aircraft arrival and prior to departure.
• Maintain battery shop equipment and ensure timely charging of aircraft batteries.
• Repair and maintain test cell electrical systems.
• Assist in installing avionics systems on corporate aircraft.
• Document all work in a clear and accurate manner.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Electrician.
• Proven ability to work with aircraft wiring systems and perform electrical wiring functions.
• Demonstrated technical expertise on specific airframes and engines in inspections, maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, and repairs.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and manipulate equipment of various sizes.
