Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BAS System Specialist to join our team at KBR's Government Solutions U.S. division.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing similar USG projects of size, scope, and complexity, preferably with NRO experience to adequately understand mission needs across the project.

This role is located in Chantilly, VA, and requires travel between our facilities in Chantilly and Springfield, VA. The position is expected to be onsite 100%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the HVAC crew by providing input and leadership, ensuring the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute services.
  • Oversee the execution of HVAC mechanical services, ensuring that all work is performed with high quality and within cost constraints.
  • Manage and direct the activities of HVAC mechanics who install, service, and repair environmental-control systems in various commercial establishments.
  • Evaluate HVAC service execution for compliance with contracts, design data, schedules, cost budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience as a BAS Technician or equivalent.
  • OEM Certification
  • Able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
