About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Renal Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Everett Medical Center Colby-Everett. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with renal and telemetry needs, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in renal and telemetry care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a telemetry or renal care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
