Responsibilities
  • Verify patient contact and insurance data
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the waiting room
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries
  • Stock and restock medical supplies as needed
  • Triage patients and perform basic medical procedures under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and medical terminology
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
