What You'll Do

As a P6 Construction Scheduler at Professional Partners Group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex project schedules using Primavera P6 software.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with overall project goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6 for large commercial and industrial projects.
  • Defining and sequencing project activities, milestones, and deliverables based on project scope and contract requirements.
  • Monitoring critical path activities, identifying potential delays, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Conducting 'what-if' analyses to assess the impact of potential changes and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Importing and exporting extensive data sets between Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and integration with other systems.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
