  • Drafting and Filing: Accurately draft petitions, answers, discovery, motions, demands, and other legal documents as needed.
  • Case Development: Coordinate with attorneys and work independently to develop cases.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule and calendar all meetings, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • E-Filing and E-Serving: E-file appropriate documents with the court and e-serve all necessary parties.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to meet all case deadlines.
  • Client and Court Communication: Continually communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and mediators.
  • Case Expense Management: Audit cases for all expenses, including medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, and subro liens.
  • Case Management Data: Accurately maintain case management data in Needles Neos Software.
  • Trial Preparation: Prepare trial documents and assist attorneys with trial preparation.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff for naming and filing all litigation documents and maintaining file completeness and accuracy.
