Job Summary: Remodeling Expert

The Kepple Group is looking for an experienced remodeler to join our team in Peoria, IL. As a remodeler with our company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to remodeling and construction.

About the Position

This remodeler will provide excellent customer service and interact regularly with tenants and real estate agents.

  • Provide detailed progress reports to the project manager and/or owner, updating them on project status and anticipated completion dates
  • Manage and organize tools and supplies efficiently to support project tasks
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Possess a valid driver's license specifically in Illinois
  • Have a minimum of two years of remodeling/construction experience (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Salary and Benefits

This position offers an hourly rate of $22, based on experience.
