About FirstService Residential:

We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team at FirstService Residential. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees. You will also check guests and service providers in/out, demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, monitor and control access to the building, maintain daily logs, records, and forms, and resolve and follow-up on complaints/issues.
