Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders to identify treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments to evaluate patient communication and swallowing skills.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate treatment plans with other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and quality of service.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Texas.
- Certification in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or working toward certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
