Job Summary

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders to identify treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments to evaluate patient communication and swallowing skills.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate treatment plans with other healthcare professionals.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and quality of service.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Texas.
  • Certification in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or working toward certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
