Job Title: Embrex Machine Operator

At Pilgrim's, we are seeking a skilled Embrex Machine Operator to join our team. As an Embrex Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our production demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull eggs from incubators onto Embrex Machine
  • Stack down from machine to hatcher dollies
  • Clean Setter floors, fan blades, etc.
  • Back up egg setters
  • Clean embrex machine, hatcher halls, and fog daily
  • Discard eggs from egg remover into vacuum system daily
  • Wash boxes Sunday morning
Requirements:
  • Good Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Able to read numbers and colors
Qualifications:
  • Embrex Certification
Work Environment:
  • Wet Floors
  • Warm Temperatures
Protective Equipment:
  • Safety Glasses
  • Rubber Gloves
Important Safety Factors:
  • Know how to use and locate the emergency stop switch
  • Know location of primary and secondary emergency exits
  • Know and use proper lifting techniques
