About the Role:
Pursuit is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations for Flyover Attractions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure, including employee hardware, software, and network components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals and contractors to ensure high motivation, productivity, and professional growth.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skillset and knowledge of team members.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficient processes, and drive consistency and documentation across sites.
- Liaise with department heads and business stakeholders to understand IT requirements and align technology solutions with Flyover goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology into departmental processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT management, with a demonstrated record of successful leadership and team management.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, information security, and systems administration.
- 1-2 years' experience installing and supporting MS Windows desktop computers and peripherals.
- A solid foundation in operating systems, hardware components, system integrations, and troubleshooting techniques.
- A robust knowledge of networking fundamentals, including understanding protocols, diagnosing network issues, and managing network devices.
