We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering precise doses of radiation to patients while ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Perform simulations for treatment under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist
• Construct immobilization devices and custom shielding
• Schedule patient appointments and deliver prescribed therapeutic doses of radiation
• Take port films and labels to be checked appropriately
• Record treatment records, including dose addition, documentation of port films, adjustments in prescriptions, diagrams, blocking, and landmark

• Graduate of a 2-year Radiation Therapist Program
• NYS Licensure as a Radiation Therapist required or must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire
• ARRT certification preferred
