With over 5,000 dedicated team members across 14 advanced manufacturing and distribution facilities in North America, we produce an impressive 800 million pounds of snacks annually. Fun fact: we purchase 20% of all potatoes grown in the U.S.

Compensation: Starting at $18.85 per hour, with potential for shift differentials.

Shifts Available:
  • Days: 7am - 3pm
  • Mids: 3pm - 11pm
  • Nights: 11pm - 7am

Weekend availability is essential for this position.

Your Role:

  • Setup and operation of industrial food processing machinery.
  • Adhere to specific recipes and operational procedures, adjusting processing variables as necessary.
  • Conduct product quality assessments and collect relevant data.
  • Monitor fryer and oil temperatures to ensure product consistency.
  • Regularly clean and change slicing heads to maintain slicing standards.

What We Seek:

  • Language Proficiency - Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Mathematical Skills - Competence in basic math, conversions, and formula application for run rates.
  • Reasoning Skills - Capability to follow written or verbal instructions with common sense understanding.
  • Troubleshooting Skills - Aptitude for identifying root causes and resolving issues.
  • Computer Literacy - Basic skills in software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for production tasks.
