Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Facilities Porter to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our apartment developments.
You will work collaboratively with our Maintenance Supervisor and other staff members to achieve these goals, utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise.
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents by performing routine maintenance tasks, such as removing snow from sidewalks and entry areas.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prepare apartments for move-in and cleaning for move-outs, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
