The Peer Support Specialist role at Seneca Family of Agencies is designed to provide emotional support, advocacy, and guidance to youth and families engaged in our services. As a member of our Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) team, you will be working in the South King County, South Seattle, and Tukwila areas. This role includes a $500 sign-on bonus and paid training to obtain your Certified Peer Counselor credential.
Key Qualifications- Lived experience receiving mental or behavioral health treatment; OR lived experience with cross system involvement (Juvenile Justice, Mental and/or Behavioral Health treatment, Special Education, Substance Use Disorder Treatment)
- Previous paid or unpaid experience working with youth and families
- At least 18 years of age
