Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
- Inform physicians and families of changes in physical or mental conditions
- Ensure the safety and wellness of each resident, promoting healing and comfort
- Provide direction, re-direction, correction, and instruction to nursing assistants
- Collaborate with RN supervisors to formulate and direct all cares of assigned residents
This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and team members in a neighborhood setting. Benefits- 30+ hours per week considered benefit eligible

- Total sign-on bonus of $3,500 paid out monthly over 12 months for full-time, or $2,000 paid out monthly over 12 months for part-time
- Current and active LPN license in good standing with the state of Minnesota
- LVN (preferred), BLS certification (preferred)
