Job Summary

**Job Overview**

Deborah Heart and Lung Center is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Informatics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, strategically directing, and coordinating the implementation of all clinical and related systems used by the Patient Care Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend clinical and related systems to support patient care services

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the implementation of clinical and related systems

• Coordinate with clinical and technical personnel to ensure effective application of information technology

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements

• Develop and maintain documentation of system implementation and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Computer Sciences, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in medical information systems and clinical experience

• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clinical and technical personnel

• Registered Nurse licensure

• Working knowledge of PCs, MS Office Applications, and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing Informatics

• Proficient in Meditech

Work Schedule

• Bi-weekly: 80 hours per pay period

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
