Responsibilities:- Implement evidence-based treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, leadership, and community providers
- Stay up-to-date on psychiatric medications, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Intervene in a therapeutic manner to address behavioral patterns in patients with mental illness, personality disorders, or substance abuse issues

Qualifications:- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
