Job Title: Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Engineer

Company Overview: TÜV SÜD America is a leading provider of testing and certification services. We are seeking an Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Engineer to join our team.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description: The Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Engineer will be responsible for performing EMC tests with supervision in a laboratory environment. This includes setting up basic RF Emissions Tests, RF Immunity Tests, Electrostatic Discharge Testing, and Basic Electrical Transient Tests. The engineer will also troubleshoot RF test systems and set up customer projects and equipment for testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude
  • Able to plan and organize, giving attention to detail and follow-through
  • Reliable judgment consistent with company values
