Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in our Critical Access Hospital and Outpatient Clinic
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Experience working in a rural or critical access hospital setting an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
