As an Occupational Therapist with ProHealth Partners, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating daily with our office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork, and turn in payroll
  • Maintaining open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience
  • Facilitating communication with Physical Therapist Assistants to manage patient care
  • Completing Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessment, and Discharge visits and paperwork
  • Attending meetings and case conferences

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes or facilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Home healthcare experience is preferred
