Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Advocate to join our team at Safe and Secure Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing personalized support and assistance in their daily lives.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Facilitate social interactions, leisure activities, and recreational outings to promote community engagement
  • Utilize positive behavioral interventions and strategies to support individuals in managing challenging behaviors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided


**Requirements:**
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in direct care or support roles (preferred but not required)


**Salary Range:** $35,000 - $45,000 per year
