Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Meat Cutter to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, preparing, and merchandising meat products to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut, prepare, and display meat products to meet customer demands and maintain a visually appealing display.
  • Ensure all meat products meet Whole Foods Market quality standards and are handled and stored properly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, including ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing.
Requirements
  • 14+ months retail experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
