Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Kable Staffing in Georgetown, KY. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory, customer orders, and other tasks related to warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers with their auction pick-up process, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare for auction pick-up by down-stacking pallets and organizing items in a manner that facilitates efficient retrieval and processing.
  • Offer friendly assistance to customers who require help finding their items, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Perform customer checkout procedures accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate descriptions of auction items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay informed and adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and quality.
Requirements
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and instructions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • 18 years of age or older, with a proven history of strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude.
  • Proven history of adaptability to change, with a strong focus on flexibility and resilience.
  • Technological literacy, with experience using an IOS device (iPad) a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment, with a strong focus on safety and physical demands, including lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods, squatting, and lifting/carrying up to 40lbs.
