About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Instructional Design Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced instructional designers to create engaging and effective training content for our sales employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of training manuals, e-learning modules, and presentation slides.
  • Support the design and development of training program materials for onboarding, product training, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and perform research to gather content and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with eLearning/LMS software preferred.
